Absolutely, no parties or gatherings. This apartment is on our property and there is another unit below. If you're looking for a place to party. This is not the right airbnb for you. Quiet time is after 10 p.m we reserve the right to evict any party's breaking this rule.

Neighborhood

We love walking in our neighborhood you can easily get to the ocean within a 15 minute walk there’s lots of wonderful tree neighborhoods as well as long lake provincial park all within walking distance. Also the dingle tower is a highlight and some thing that every visitor to Halifax should check out. Downtown is a quick less than 10 minute drive away and we’re also around 25 minutes to the Halifax international airport.
